When filling to a certain amount, the filling valve is controlled to decelerate until the required amount is filled. After the filling is completed, the transition dial is entered and transferred to the capping machine. The bottle is clamped on the capping machine by the anti-rotation knife to prevent the rotation of the bottle neck, and the cover is automatically brought into the capping machine through the special capping head. After the gland is finished, the dialing wheel enters the bottle conveying chain, and the conveyor chain conveys the bottle washing machine to the next process.
